1. Please redeem your Save-On-More points at your local store
   for the appropriate Alaska Airlines/Horizon Air voucher (Zone 1 through 5). The voucher will be sent to the store where the order took place, in the name of the customer who ordered it and the date it left the Head Office. Please allow two weeks to receive your voucher from Head Office. One Voucher entitles the holder to one coach return on Alaska and/or Horizon Air.
2. Applicable for new ticket issuance only.
3. Tickets will be issued in the name on the voucher, or immediate family members only. Once ticketed name changes are not allowed.
4. Membership in Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan is required for the passenger  and Mileage Plan number will be entered in the reservations for travel credit. Enroll online at alaskaair.com and you’ll earn bonus miles or  call 1-800-654-5669.  Applies to Canadian residents only.
5. Voucher must be booked and ticket must be issued by May 31, 2010, with all travel completed by May 31, 2011. During peak periods, flights and seats may be limited.
6. Travel must originate from Vancouver , Victoria , Kelowna , Calgary or Edmonton (routes and cities are subject to change). Travel between some cities may require an overnight connection at the travellers expense.
7. Travel valid only on flights operated by Alaska Airlines or Horizon Air (flights 1-999 and 2000-2999). Passenger is responsible for airport fees collected at time of departure.
8. Reservations and vouchers must be redeemed by the redemption centre 1-888-387-6884 a min. of 21 days prior to departure.
9. A minimum stay of 2 nights is required.
10. Tickets are non-refundable, however date changes are allowed for a Fee.
11. Lost, stolen, expired or destroyed vouchers will not be replaced.
12. Voucher has no cash value and is void if reproduced, altered, mutilated, counterfeited, consolidated, bartered, sold, obtained or used improperly or where prohibited by law. Voucher is not valid for travel. Not to be combined with any other promotional offer. Other terms and restrictions may apply.
13. Alaska has the final authority regarding voucher redemption.  Vouchers deemed by Alaska to be bought, sold or bartered, other than in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof, will not be honored.  Such vouchers may be confiscated by and the traveler will be liable for payment of full fare. Passengers must have valid I.D.
14. Alaska ’s conditions of carriage. Terms and conditions as written herein are final and cannot be changed by any statement or representation of any unauthorized person, including employees of Alaska or issuing organization.  Alaska reserves the right to suspend or change this offer without notice.
