Vacation Information
- The certificate is valid for three days and two nights of hotel accommodation at one of the fabulous destinations listed.
- Odenza Marketing Group is a full service travel agency. Our professional travel consultants would be happy to assist you with all your travel needs. We can create a complete vacation package including such things as additional hotel nights, flights, car rentals, attraction passes, travel insurance and much more.
- The offer is for two adults and up to two children. Adults must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license and a major credit card (MasterCard or Visa), which will be required at the time of booking to hold the room. The maximum age of children may vary by hotel, and range between 11 and 17 years of age.
- The certificate is valid for your hotel accommodations only. Check-in days are 7 days a week. Additional charges may apply during peak season, All Federal, State and Provincial Holidays. Odenza reserves the right to offer alternate travel dates, hotel and destination when Odenza’s availability is full. The certificate does not include food, beverages, taxes, gratuities, transportation, service charges or incidental expenses such as parking, telephone, etc. Sorry, no pets.
- All travel must be complete before the expiry date printed on the certificate. Please note that Odenza will levy a $25 CDN fee for all changes, cancellations or no-shows. In addition you will be responsible for fees levied for changes, cancellations or no-shows by the hotel or travel service providers.
- The certificate cannot be resold, cannot be redeemed for cash, is non-transferable once registered, and is void if not paid for by the issuing merchant.
- Odenza reserves the right to add or remove destinations and/or featured hotels without advance notice. Please note that some featured hotels may only be available during specific times of the year.
- Reservation forms must be received at least 30 days prior to the requested date. Once the properly completed certificate has been received and your reservations are confirmed, a reservation
confirmation will be sent to you. It will contain the information about your hotel. Please allow up to four business days for Odenza Marketing Group to properly complete your travel request.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What types of hotel accommodations are provided?
Hotel chains may include Fairfield Inn by Marriott, Ramada and Holiday Inn
in addition to other chains and independent properties of similar quality.
How will I determine where to go and when?
After you have redeemed your Save-On-More points at your local store and have the package you may choose from 20 select vacation destinations. When you have decided where and when you want to go on your vacation, simply visit the website at www.tickets.odenza.com or complete the certificate and fax it to 604-451-0525 or mail it to the address on the certificate. The website will also provide you with a list of hotels. (Not all hotels will be available at all times of the year).
Does the vacation package include airfare?
No, transportation and airfare are not included.
What if I cannot take the vacation?
If for any reason you are unable to take the vacation, you can give it
to a friend or family member. The vacation is fully transferable providing it has not yet been registered with Odenza. Remember, the recipient using this certificate must be 21 years of age or older.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
Once reservations are confirmed, a $25.00 CDN Odenza service fee will be levied for all changes, cancellations or no-shows, in addition to all charges levied by the hotel or travel service provider, if applicable. Change or cancellation requests must be submitted directly to Odenza via fax (604-451-0525) or e-mail (reservations@odenza.com). There are no refunds for unused portions of this offer. For your protection, Odenza always recommends the purchase of travel insurance.
Are there any blackout periods?
There are no blackout periods but all hotels are subject to Odenza’s availability at the time of booking. Odenza reserves the right to offer alternate travel dates, hotel and destination when Odenza’s availability is full. Additional charges may apply during peak season, all Federal, State and Provincial Holidays.
What if I want to stay longer than two nights?

complete vacation package including such things as additional hotel nights, flights, car rentals, attraction passes, travel insurance and much more.
Can I pick or book my own hotel and then let you know which one it is?
No. This program has been designed as a fax, mail-in or online travel offer. You must fill in the reservation form with your correct name, address, e-mail address and telephone number, the requested travel destination and date, and return it. Once your reservation form has been received, an Odenza customer consultant will contact you to help you plan your vacation.
Can I confirm specific dates with Odenza before redeeming for a certificate?
No, you must redeem for the Family Fun certificate before
confirming your vacation dates.
Can I travel after the expiry date as long as I book before?
No, you must travel before your certificate expiry date.

Do not contact the hotel directly. All travel reservations must be made through Odenza Marketing Group. Do not book any flights or make any other travel
arrangements until you have sent in your certificate and have received a written
confirmation number with your details.
